Returns
We hope you are delighted with your new JUNIH DOG gear, but if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund within 30 days from the date you received the products. Returned items must not have been used, altered, washed or damaged and must include the original packaging.
If you purchased a JUNIH DOG item from one of our retailers and not JUNIH DOG, please contact them directly regarding their return policy.
THINGS TO KNOW
We recommend that you carefully try on your new JUNIH DOG equipment inside, keeping the packaging intact. To be eligible for a refund, new, unused products must be clean.
The card used for the purchase will be the one we credit with the original purchase amount, less any delivery charges paid. Delivery charges are refunded on faulty items, or where we have supplied the wrong item. In this case, please contact our customer service to arrange the return.
Sale items
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.
Trades
We only replace an item if it is defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to info@junihdogstore.com and we will explain the process to you.
Food
Perishable products are neither returned nor exchanged.
How do I return my order?
Contact our customer service team first stating your reason for returning the goods. We will respond to you as soon as possible with your return options so that you can send the items back to us (packages must be returned prepaid). Once we have received your goods and checked them, your original card will be credited. You should always contact our customer service before returning any goods.
I would like to make an exchange?
Unfortunately, we do not exchange items, including size and color exchanges. Please follow the return process and place a new order separately.
Time limit for receiving the refund?
Once we receive your return, we will inspect your item(s) and then issue a refund. We aim to process your return within three to five business days of receiving it. Refunds may take up to five additional business days to post to your account. Considering shipping and processing times, the returns process may take up to two to three weeks.
The final credit to your account depends on the policies of the bank or institution of your original payment method.
We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
Please note: Refunds do not include shipping costs paid on your original order.
