Delivery

We do our best to process your orders within one to two business days. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Our delivery services are provided by La Poste with tracking.

Shipments are made Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).

The return costs are your responsibility if your package returns to us, following:
- an address error
- package not collected within the specified time frame
- a product that does not suit you

If for technical or logistical reasons on our part the order must be sent in several installments, we will of course only charge you the shipping costs once.

Delivery within 1 to 3 working days (indicative time)

Delivery rates:

Metropolitan France (excluding Overseas Territories):

From €6.90 for home delivery.

Free delivery for orders over €60 in mainland France.

Overseas:

OM1 zone €16.35: Guadeloupe (including St Barthélémy and St Martin), Martinique, Réunion, Guyana, Mayotte and St-Pierre-et-Miquelon.

OM2 zone €16.78: New Caledonia and its dependencies, French Polynesia, Wallis and Futuna Islands, French Southern and Antarctic Lands.

Europe & International:

Shipping costs depend on the country and the weight of the package. and will be indicated at the payment stage

Taxes and customs duties:

Outside the European Union and for the French Overseas Territories, taxes and customs duties may apply and are your responsibility upon delivery. Your order total does not include these taxes & customs duties. You can find out the amount to be paid at your local post office.

Tracking your order:

You have a space on our site to track your online order. To access it, log in to your customer account on our site. Order tracking will provide you with information on the progress of your delivery.
You will also receive emails to the email address indicated during your order, throughout the process to follow your order step by step.
